I am a machine learning engineer working at the intersections of robotics, ML, geometry, and simulation. I am currently part of the founding software and physical AI team at Monumental Labs, where I work on making CNC robots autonomous.

At MIT CSAIL, I received a computational geometry fellowship to research 3D graphics and physics-based simulation. I was also a visiting researcher at the OxWearables Lab.

I am an alum of Harvard University, where I studied Mathematics and Computer Science, graduating cum laude with an honors thesis on theoretical differential geometry. I conducted research in the GeoML Lab.

More about me

I have lived and worked on three different continents during my career thanks to generous research and engineering fellowships, including computational research positions I’ve held in Santiago, Chile and Oxford, England.

Since 2019, I’ve been contributing to published scientific research, beginning when I helped discover a molecular pathway at Yale. I also previously worked at Detect, a startup led by Hugo Barra, where I contributed to computational biology and clinical advancements for COVID-19 diagnostics.

At Harvard I was a proud member of Eliot House — go Mastodons! I’m also a jazz musician, long-distance runner, and aspiring surfer.

My goal is to be a lifelong engineering leader in the fields of robotics and physical intelligence, as I believe AI can make the most impact in our 3D environment.
